Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Byapar Sayogi mobile app and web dashboard ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Accounts

Accounts are created by your company's administrator. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in line with your company's policies.
• Record accurate information (visits, orders, collections, locations, photos); do not falsify work records.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other companies' data.

Subscription and billing

Access is provided under your company's subscription plan. Fees, plan limits and renewal are as shown in the billing section of the dashboard. Access may be restricted if a subscription expires or is unpaid.

Your data

Your company owns the business data entered into the Service. We process it to operate the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your account at the account deletion page.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Termination

We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above shows the latest revision. Continued use means acceptance.
