About Byapar Sayogi
Byapar Sayogi is built by Tuki Soft to solve one specific problem: owners and managers of field-driven businesses can't answer, same day, "did my rep actually go there, and what happened?" That gap gets filled today with phone calls, WhatsApp photos, and notebooks — untraceable and always a day late. Byapar Sayogi replaces that with GPS-verified visits, mobile order booking, dispatch-to-delivery tracking, and a manager dashboard that shows what's actually happening in the field.
What we build — and what we don't
Byapar Sayogi is field-execution software, not an accounting system, not an HR/payroll platform, and not a generic marketing CRM. We stay narrow on purpose: proving field visits happened, capturing orders, tracking dispatch and delivery, and closing complaints — the operational chain most field-driven businesses actually run on day to day. We export the data your accountant needs as CSV rather than trying to replace the accounting software you already use.
Where we operate
We're building Byapar Sayogi Nepal-first — for distributors, manufacturers, and field sales teams operating in Nepal's route-based distribution economy, including terai and hill areas where connectivity is unreliable. That's why the mobile app is offline-first: every check-in, visit, order, and complaint saves locally and syncs when the connection returns.
