Privacy Policy

Byapar Sayogi ("we", "us") provides a field-execution platform — a mobile app for field and delivery staff and a web dashboard for their managers. This policy explains what the mobile app collects, why, and how it is handled. The app is used by staff of a company that has subscribed to Byapar Sayogi; that company is the controller of the operational data described below and we process it on their behalf.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your name, email address, phone number, assigned role, branch and the company you belong to — created by your company's administrator.
• Location. When you check in at an outlet, start or end your working day, or confirm a delivery, the app records the device's GPS coordinates and accuracy at that moment. If your company enables route tracking, the app also records periodic location points while you are clocked on duty. Location is not collected when you are clocked off.
• Photos. Photos you capture as visit, delivery or complaint proof, together with the time and location they were taken.
• Work activity. Visits, orders, collections, expenses, complaints, follow-up tasks and notes you create in the app.
• Device and diagnostic information. Device model, operating-system version, app version, a device identifier for push notifications, and basic error logs.

How we use it

• To provide the service — showing your route, recording your visits and orders, and syncing them to your company's dashboard.
• To verify that field work happened as reported (GPS check-in against the outlet's registered location, photo proof).
• To send you operational notifications (new assignments, announcements, task reminders).
• To keep the service secure and to diagnose and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your data

Your work activity, location records and proof photos are visible to authorised managers and administrators within your own company, according to their role. They are not shared with other companies. We share data with service providers who host and operate the platform on our behalf (cloud hosting, database, object storage and push-notification delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

Retention

Operational records are retained for as long as your company keeps its account, and then deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period, unless a longer period is required by law. Continuous route-tracking points, where enabled, are retained for a shorter period set by your company.

Your choices

• You can turn off location permission for the app in your device settings; check-in, delivery confirmation and duty tracking will then not function.
• You can turn off push notifications in your device settings.
• To access, correct or delete your personal information, contact your company's administrator, or us at support@byaparsayogi.com.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Proof photos have GPS metadata stripped from the image file; the location of a visit is stored separately as a structured field.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
